The subscription duration will continue counting down, and if you start working out a month later, that month will still be included in the training period.

How soon can I expect to see results from my workouts?

The time required to notice visible changes varies from person to person depending on factors like body type and frequency of exercise. Nevertheless, it is essential to follow the workout tutorials carefully and practice proper exercise techniques to achieve optimal results.

What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept VISA and MasterCard worldwide, and the payment transfer must have 3D secure technology. Please contact our online support service if you have any questions.

How can I request a refund?

No, you can't download the training videos. You can only access them online through our website. However, you can sign in to your account from any device with internet access.

Refund Policy

At Mebel-masters.by, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide quality products and services. However, if you are dissatisfied with our services, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions, including:

Refunds will only be issued if you have paid for the product but have not been granted access to it (Access Issues).
